Denise Muir KjesboDirector, Denise Muir Kjesbo: Dr. Denise Muir Kjesbo serves as Professor and Lead Faculty of Children’s and Family Ministry at Bethel Seminary. She is an author of numerous articles, has co-authored a book with Dr. Stanley J. Grenz, and is a national workshop presenter and conference speaker. Denise and her husband launched a new church in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Denise enjoys walks with their golden retriever, Rudy, gardening and connecting with people.

Deb MoncauskasAssociate Director of U.S. Initiatives, Deb Moncauskas: Dr. Deb Moncauskas lives in San Diego, where she has served her congregation for 30 years as the Children and Family Pastor. She is an adjunct professor at Bethel Seminary, teaching since 2004 in the MACFM program, from which she was also a graduate and member of the first cohort. Her areas of focus are leadership and staff development, generational distinctives and ministry administration. She has been certified by Gallup as a Strengths coach, coaching close to 200 men, women and youth to live and lead from their strengths. She earned her doctorate in 2012. Her dissertation focused on strengths-based leadership development for pre-teens.
